It's very unfortunate that majority of public mining pools have become so FIAT that they would never give freedom to miners to choose their own template otherwise we wouldn't have these much garbage in #bitcoin blockchain. If these public mining pools don't adopt DATUM protocol developed by nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze in next 6-12 months then I wouldn't be hesitant to say that majority of public mining pools are ignorant at best and enemies of bitcoin at worst. In the meantime, I am hoping to see @ocean_mining becoming top 10 mining pool. I think majority of hash for nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze will likely come from plebs who can (easily) access cheap energy.
