Unlink. Obscure. Then keep it that way.\n\nYou’ve been online for years. Signed up for stuff you don’t use. Shared more than you meant to. Clicked “Accept All” without reading a word. It happens.\n\nBut if you’re ready to clean up your digital trail, start here. No fluff. Just steps.\n\n1. Audit Your Accounts\nYou can’t delete what you don’t remember exists.\n\nSearch your email for “Welcome to,” “Verify your email,” and “Account created”\nGo through your spam folder and use the “Unsubscribe” button at the top right.\nUse https://justdeleteme.xyz to find deletion links\nCheck password managers for old logins\nMake a list. You’ll need it.\n\n2. Delete What You Don’t Use\nStart killing accounts you no longer need.\n\nPrioritize anything tied to your real name\nDelete social media first (or strip the info if deletion isn’t possible)\nRemove backup emails or phone numbers\nIf they make you jump through hoops, jump. It’s worth it.\n\n3. Strip Personal Data. Still need to keep an account? Gut the profile.\nRemove your name, photo, bio, and location\nUse alias emails (SimpleLogin, AnonAddy, etc.)\nDelete old posts, comments, and uploads that give away too much personal information.\nLeave as little behind as possible. Think ghost town, not guestbook.\n\n4. Unlink Third-Party Logins\nLogged in with Google, Facebook, or Apple? Unlink it.\n\nCheck the “Apps with access” section on each platform\nRe-register with an email + password combo using an alias\nRevoke OAuth permissions you’re no longer using\nThird-party logins are lazy identity leaks.\n\n5. Clean Up Search Engine Results\nGoogle knows more about you than your family.\n\nGoogle your name, emails, usernames\nUse Google’s Remove Outdated Content tool for old cache\nContact sites directly to request removals if necessary\nYou can’t erase everything. But you can bury a lot of it.\n\n6. Lock Down Your Browser. Your browser is a leaky faucet.\nUse a hardened Firefox, Brave, or LibreWolf\nSet it to clear cookies, history, and site data on exit\nUse uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger\nDisable third-party cookies and browser telemetry\nNo point cleaning your trail if you’re still leaving fresh ones every day.\n\n7. Stop Using Real Info Moving Forward\nYour future trail should be smaller than your old one.\n\nUse aliases, not your real name\nUse masked emails and phone numbers\nDon’t reuse usernames\nCompartmentalize identities (personal, financial, anonymous, etc.)\nThe best way to manage your digital footprint? Don’t leave one in the first place.\n\nFinal Thought\nYou won’t get it perfect. That’s fine. This isn’t about being always untraceable. It’s about reducing exposure, unlinking your past, and moving forward with better habits.\n\nClean up. Lock down. Stay quiet\n\n#UNTRACEABLE #PRIVACY","sig":"809f51dfbbe31a7f6b791c13eaa9cb1c5ee3fd079310b1d9594f14a49abf94262e1b9efbf870875aa286b51ed64a769eaff8b6152c96b5ae988895aba90ee67e"}
