I'm in FL and I fell bad for my state but it's to be expected the impact from storms and the destruction. I am absolutely heart broken for the NC, TN and SC people who have been hammered by this. It really pulls at me. The devastation seen so far is awful but it's what's coming as more in uncovered that's going to make that seem small. Please keep those people in your thoughts and prayers. If you have some extra cash donate if you can afford it. Our sorry country keeps flinging money out to others who are just killing each other but not hardly doing the square root of eff all here. I've heard for years gotta raise taxes for muh roads. You know what they're only getting worse and these clowns could have ramped up response to those areas devastated. I understand there's going to be logistical difficulties. There's no reason that there weren't people on more standby or even Chinooks flying in there by now. Sorry I'm saddened by current events, and the fall of the country I grew up believing in. I'm angry because the geriatrics running it have been in office for the most part since the cold war and they've gotten us back into another one, and sold the country out while ignoring people that aren't currently politically expedient to help
