Super easy homemade italian dressing, without any crappy ingredients. I made some today for our lunch salad. #foodstr #ItalianDressing #MakeYourOwn Italian Dressing - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (I was out of olive oil, and substituted avocado oil, worked just fine). - 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1 tsp fresh or dried oregano - 1/2 tsp fresh or dried thyme - 1/2 tsp salt - freshly ground black pepper Put all ingredients in a jar and shake, thats it. You can double, triple, quadruple the recipe if you wish. This tastes so much better and fresher than store bought, without hidden nasty ingredients.
