I've been running for about a year and a half. The only thing different is I went on two long hikes in a two week period that included walking up and down 1000+ large steps each time. But again the next day after doing these I felt fine with zero pain. The people I went with had leg issues the next day. I felt great and ran as I normally would have without issue. Then a week later the knee issues started.
When Keynesian statists say that inflation (theft) is necessary to incentivize spending and therefore production. “From 1870-1912, the dollar had an average annual deflation rate of -0.71%, producing a cumulative price change of -25.95%. Dollar holders increased their wealth just by holding dollars, as it only took $0.74 in 1912 to buy what $1.00 would in 1870. According to the St. Louis Fed, during the same period the economy increased total physical production by 550%, yielding one of the most prosperous economies in history. But during the years preceding the anticipated crisis, 1900-1907, bank credit expansion produced a cumulative price increase of 11.90%.” https://fountain.fm/episode/iR5NT42LLSAydlnr0OmA

Aggressive\n2. Extremely aggressive \n3. Dave Ramsey rice and beans \n\nShe chose number 3.\n\nOver the next 4 years she rode her bike to work everyday. Watered down her lemonade. Spent nothing on herself. Walked dogs for extra income. Took weekend shifts at the preschool. Showed up early. Stayed late and against all odds was able to save 12k a year on a salary of only 27k.\n\nI set up a couple retirement accounts for her and whenever she would scratch $1,000 together she would give it to me and I would smash buy GBTC or MSTR.\n\nMy mother in law has never invested a day in her life and I didn’t want the news or some boomer friend to freak her out, so my wife and I just tell her she’s invested in “the market” 😂 \n\nWhen Bitcoin (the market) is doing good, we tell her and when it’s not we just… don’t tell her lol \n\nSo she’s effectively shielded from the emotional volatility of hodling. Which makes her a very good hodler.\n\nFast forward to today. \n\nI helped her retire from the preschool. She is now living with us and helping look after her grandchildren.\n\nShe went from being near suicidal. My wife and I were legitimately concerned about her mental health. To a happy healthy and vibrant grandmother. \n\nAnd as of yesterday she crossed 500k in retirement accounts.\n\nI expect she’ll be a millionaire soon.\n\nShe can now comfortably retire with dignity. \n\nThis is not something that would have been possible without Bitcoin.\n\nAs cool as it is to see people like @saylor make billions of dollars these are the stories I live for. \n\nThe average person fixing their life with bitcoin. \n\nIt’s so fucking beautiful man. \n\nLife’s good.","sig":"d3c63c881a54a7a04aae5101e69dd2774b5835fae62a80e72ca583b9eb6fe70a770780da0afb6a48676ae8e3b4ec6ce8bfa8482b6421ea68ff750db4dbba1586"}
