I respect nostr:npub1az9xj85cmxv8e9j9y80lvqp97crsqdu2fpu3srwthd99qfu9qsgstam8y8 decision, but I do think he should reconsider. With AI learning from the git repos, code will be easy to redo anyway, and it will be hard to enforce and prove that the code has been copied. Not sure to understand his decision.

But the Bitcoin-only focus of ColdCard means it won’t try catering to the real fraudsters, the cryptobros. Hence, better security, EVEN IF there’s some level of code obscurity with ColdCard. Besides, ColdCard’s documentation is top notch in my book.

I heard nostr:npub1az9xj85cmxv8e9j9y80lvqp97crsqdu2fpu3srwthd99qfu9qsgstam8y8 respond to this topic and I felt like it made a lot of sense. I'm not a programmer so my opinion in this doesn't really count. But as a ColdCard user of 3 different ColdCards along with Sparrow I can say that I love them all for what its worth. I also take nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx and @MartyBent advice to heart and they are full thumbs up for NVK and the CoinKite team and their full line of products.
