Dont know if it makes a difference, but i was on desktop, using the alby browser plugin thing that i installed a good while back. Havent tried logging in to the main alby page in a while. Thats not right that they're blocking you. You might try asking them in a public question on nostr, tagging them. Dont remember when their deadline was for shutting down the custodial wallets.
