O problema do bitcoin e sua “deflação” continua… Todo mundo já ouviu que o bitcoin é uma “moeda digital”; porém devemos ter consciência que tudo o que é digital só existe porque há uma hardware físico funcionando em algum lugar. No caso do bitcoin são as “ASICS” e os “nodes”; não vou descrever sobre os mesmo, porque sinceramente não os compreendo plenamente. Porém, hoje é necessário um grande investimento para manter uma ASICS. E aqui surge um potencial problema; em mais ou menos 150 anos a mineração de bitcoin que usa as ASICS irá terminar. Você pode imaginar que os mineradores poderiam convertê-las em nodes, porém uma node é uma ferramente (até onde entendo) que se torna rentável na medida em que transações são realizadas na rede. E aqui a valorização constante do bitcoin pode ser um problema. Um ativo que sempre tende a se valorizar não será usado como moeda corrente; isso implica que o numero de transações na rede será extremamente baixo. Então teremos uma tempestade perfeita; o fim da mineração, o baixo numero de transações na rede e a constante valorização do bitcoin (que desestimula a utilização deste como moeda corrente). Isso no mínimo irá tornar a rede extremamente lenta; ou mesmo levá-la ao colapso. E aqui talvez acontece algo inimaginável! Grupos metacapitalistas como a blackrock; que até onde sabemos tem investido milhões em bitcoin e mesmo os estados passem a colocar hardware para funcionar e manter a estabilidade da rede. Porém isso acarretará no sequestro do bitcoin; uma ferramenta que surgiu como um mecanismo para liberar indivíduos o poder do estado e das metacorporações pode acabar sendo dominado por estes entes. #bitcoin #estados #metacapitalismo

There are people building with the underlying stuff already (holesail/liveport for example, my brother's peardrive project, & there are a bunch of other things that could be built very quickly). There are modules that connect the back end to the front end stuff which are not finalized yet. If everyone starts building with code that will be changed, then the entire ecosystem breaks. It's the same reason there are so many constraints around linux kernel development & bitcoin development. But they have opened the parts that make the connections. When you use it or build with it, it is pretty obvious that it all works as described. And the front end stuff is still clunky.
