I use 31923 for recurring scheduled events for Corny Chat. There's also live events 30311, which has a status tag as planned. It would be awesome if regular events like citadel dispatch and RHR were publishing these events and showing up on calendars

I have recently returned to doing somatic yoga in the evenings, I highly recommend it. It is basically laying on the floor or sitting and feeling how sore the muscles feel combined with some gentle movement. If you workout out hard it is the perfect relaxing counterpart. #yoga
