I'm stupidly excited about the holidays. I made some very personal (albiet a little wonky) gifts for people. I have a pistachio cheesecake in the oven right now & a big ass rib roast in the fridge. Cooking for my closest family & friends. 2025 looks like it's shaping up to be an interesting year of change, travel, and projects for me. New growth, new experiences... I hope. This one has been very good to me. I feel healthy, happy, and at peace (most of the time). Lots of special, unforgettable, little moments❤️ I missed the mark on some of my goals, like learning to code something functional & more time with friends, but the tradeoff was for time spent doing things I love but have neglected to do for far too long. I feel like I spent years in a depressive haze. It's taken months for that to lift & even more for my eyes to adjust to the light. It's very odd, one of those hidden problem scenarios. I'm grateful for so much. I wish I could find the right words.
