When it comes to bandwidth, There are two that bostr couldn't resolve: 1. The user that's connecting to bostr alongside with the others, or not connecting just one bostr instance 2. Media bandwidth usage. Bostr only proxying events coming from multiple bandwidths, With duplicates as exception (other relay that's sending the same event that another relay already sent will not forwarded again). However, Media is out of bostr control.
