almost gone a month without nicotine. have replaced it with daily meditation what stands out to me is that X & major social media platforms, just like nicotine, bring extremely chaotic, almost manic energy to my mindstate it’s the kind of thing that’s obvious but takes an extreme act of abstinence to correct. I do not have time to marvel at all the problems of the world both real & imagined. I do not have time for popularity contests or value games. I’d like to get my dopamine from real life experiences that further my real life goals, or from simply being outside.

Personal attacks & appeals to authority are not arguments. I do have years of study, just not in the corruot universities which taught me economics in a way that I had to unlearn in order to make sense of the world. People who mindlessly follow others and refuse to learn about anything that isn't some "official instruction" they can memorize are very likely to bed led into suffering. I think most trans people are those people. They are being led to self destruction by people who don't want others to reproduce & they want to sell drugs & surgeries to anyone they can exploit.
