Update : it hasn’t been a grind because I made it a lifestyle. Prior I would grind out a diet to just lose weight. I’d pound for a month and cut down quickly. Kind of a yearly reset for swim season. But now, carbs are minimal. Down 25lbs and a lot of chronic inflammation issues have dwindled. More notable my daily steroid inhaler I used because my allergies would be triggered from my dog.
