It can already be used for pay-to-send e-mail. The send dialog is resizeable and you can enter as long of a message as you like. It's sent directly when it connects. The recipient doubleclicks on the transaction to see the full message. If someone famous is getting more e-mail than they can read, but would still like to have a way for fans to contact them, they could set up Bitcoin and give out the IP address on their website. "Send X bitcoins to my priority hotline at this IP and I'll read the message personally."

What if you used nostr and Bitcoin to build a P2P MLM with the Kombucha starter kits? You could sell a bottle of Kombucha with instructions to use it to start their own culture to make cleaning vinegar. As it's not for human consumption it doesn't require food safety or liquor licencing. Like raw bath milk. Then you set it up on nostr marketplace and sell it for sats. What this needs is a NIP for the producer to define a split for every on sale and some way to manage stock levels and ongoing volume potential. For example someone could forward the market place listing to a friend and take a 20% zap split. If their friend then recruits others, they get a 5% split of what their friends friends sell. This continues until a maximum of 40% cut is taken. The distribution is handled through the friends network.
