Absolutely a possibility this happens. Which is why it drives me bonkers to hear bitcoiners say "Kamala will help accelerate bitcoin" or "Trump is a shitcoiner" The guy literally met with two prominent bitcoin mining companies in the US and has been openly discussing the right to hold and mine bitcoin.
