My next goal is to get users to reduce their relay lists from an average of 20 to 3. You don't need to trust 20 relays. You just need 1. But 3 adds redundancy in case 2 of them are busy at the same time. And remember: Relays can see what you are looking at in real time because the app is requesting the post, likes and replies from them as you scroll. They can even count which posts captured more of your attention. So, make sure you trust your relay operators. GM.

You’re not a Bitcoiner until you… Buy Bitcoin. But then you’re like wait, I need to get these coins off the exchange. So you get a hardware wallet. But then you’re like wait, this is a ledger. So you get a cold card. But then you’re like wait, it isn’t using a passphrase. So you use a passphrase. But then you’re like wait this isn’t multisig and multisig would be better. So you buy 4 more coldcards and set up a multisig. But then you’re like wait I can’t just do coldcards I have to guard against supply chain attacks. So you buy a ledger again and probably a bitbox too. But then you’re like wait, I haven’t geographically distributed these. So you disperse them throughout the country. But then you’re like wait, what about jurisdictional risk? So you disperse them to multiple countries. But then you’re like wait, what if I was tracked as I was placing the hardware wallets? So you… There’s actually no end. It just keeps going like that forever. Congrats you’re a Bitcoiner now lol 😂

To switch is hard, specially because our knowledge of what is good or bad for us is usually lacking. Gina and I made it work by both working together with a nutritionist, experimenting and trying out new foods, learning about easy prep methods, etc. that were sustainable for us. It took us over a year to slowly and completely switch to a different diet, where we are cognizant of what we are eating. It’s a process. If you are forced to buy meals outside, then it helps if you start making healthy choices and think about each one individually. Don’t think that because you ordered a burger you also need the fries plus the smoothie. Those are all separate choices. If you went for the burger, get water and skip the fries! Or even better, try a healthy food restaurant so there’s more healthier choices to pick from. Choices, choices, choices.
