I think it is more likely that their plans will fail due to simply being overwhelmed. The tide is shifting away from them. They will continue to have more battles arise than they can handle, while many of the battles they are already in slowly start turning into losses. When they were at the peak of their power, they not only had the resources, but also were so dominant that they had few battles. No one stepped out of line because it was clear they would lose. That certainty is falling apart. Now their resources are being strained, their authority is being questioned, they have massive public criticism and distrust, and people are becoming emboldened to challenge them. We will win simply by the sheer number and size of the people standing up against them. We don’t need them to be incompetent, we just need to stand beside El Salvador and bring more countries, people, and communities to our mission. Like it always has been. We will overwhelm them at every layer, at every scale, and from every direction. And all the while we will build to make all of this stronger and more accessible than ever.

My next goal is to get users to reduce their relay lists from an average of 20 to 3. You don't need to trust 20 relays. You just need 1. But 3 adds redundancy in case 2 of them are busy at the same time. And remember: Relays can see what you are looking at in real time because the app is requesting the post, likes and replies from them as you scroll. They can even count which posts captured more of your attention. So, make sure you trust your relay operators. GM.

Only a matter of time #Bitcoin only

You’re not a Bitcoiner until you… Buy Bitcoin. But then you’re like wait, I need to get these coins off the exchange. So you get a hardware wallet. But then you’re like wait, this is a ledger. So you get a cold card. But then you’re like wait, it isn’t using a passphrase. So you use a passphrase. But then you’re like wait this isn’t multisig and multisig would be better. So you buy 4 more coldcards and set up a multisig. But then you’re like wait I can’t just do coldcards I have to guard against supply chain attacks. So you buy a ledger again and probably a bitbox too. But then you’re like wait, I haven’t geographically distributed these. So you disperse them throughout the country. But then you’re like wait, what about jurisdictional risk? So you disperse them to multiple countries. But then you’re like wait, what if I was tracked as I was placing the hardware wallets? So you… There’s actually no end. It just keeps going like that forever. Congrats you’re a Bitcoiner now lol 😂
