nice. opnsense is good. it’s a fork of pfsense, which is better (faster security patches) but more technical. they’re built on top of pf, the core “packet filter” firewall software.

The protectli vault has been amazing hardware and they offered excellent service and support. I run OPNSense firewall on it. This version also happens to have a single extra wifi network on it too distrinct from my GliNet router.
the little protectli box looks cool. I’ve historically used pcengines hardware with a similar stack of coreboot/openbsd/pf.
might try one of these next considering the eol :(
