The solution is simple. No free media uploads. Charging a small fee to simply use it would solve that problem. The everything free mentality is part of the problem.

It’s also my anecdotal experience that seed oils make it very hard for your body to process alcohol When I quit eating seed oils my hangovers went away, long before I quit drinking altogether
