The final version wouldn't be complete however, without the unique talent of Steve Strange, who's vocal made the song what it is and created a masterpiece that has been loved by generations ever since. The single peaked at #8 on the UK Chart and Top 10 in most European countries but also hit the top spot in West Germany and Switzerland.
