But remember: nobody is making us feel that way. We decide how we feel and what we do next. So let’s choose to focus on what we can do, not what others do. That is the key to personal power. Never blame others with statements like, 'He/She made me so angry (or whatever).' The truth is that he or she did what they did and WE got angry, not, 'They made me angry'. How we speak and think is key to BEING. We do it all to ourselves. Others don't do it to us. I got punched in the chest once for telling someone that!
