On my blog for example, on main page, it has Fiat and Bitcoin hashtags, so the same articles shows on both parts as you can see here: https://idsera.npub.pro/. So if I have this feature to convert two hashtags in a new one, would solve this problem. Remember that my blog has collaborators, so I don't control the hashtags they add on articles, but I could control how this shows on my blog. Do you understand what I mean? Thanks.
