There is no solution… ish nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s could request the HEIC file from the OS instead of a JPEG and do its own compression with higher quality. NB also does optimizations but I do not believe that has significant impact.
