Hometown Meat Mkt called this morning, to let us know that our order for a half cow was ready, so we drove over to pick it up. We were getting pretty low on beef, so it was time. I see it as a great investment in our health and our food security, and it feels great to have our freezers restocked with the best beef around. #grownostr #foodstr #LocalBeef
