i also should add that i personally suffer from bronchoconstriction after i consume gluten containing foods for more than about a week, i also get a few different nasty kinds of allergic rashes too, it can be tricky to identify what is causing the one i'm having at the moment, it's probably some stupid flavoring thing or something in my case it's actually caused by celiac, and i've had this problem since i was like 5 years old and i strongly suspect the polio shot caused it (in the triple antigen DPT)
