At a certain price level, it becomes obvious to everybody that you're just losing out trading your sats for any real-world commodity. I haven't done the math but suppose far in the future the population of the Earth is 100 billion. suppose we have a lunar base and we're mining asteroids. So, generally speaking, the total amount of wealth is 500 times what it is today. For example, And all of that is represented by sats. I don't know what price point that puts us at, but it's extremely high and since Bitcoin is representing all total wealth, we know that it's only going to get higher. In such a situation, nobody is going to be using Sats as an MOE. They're already incredibly valuable and only going to be more so. Anybody who has them can issue credit with them backing. Hopefully verifiably, but maybe not. And anybody who doesn't have them is screwed.
