I need a #nostr relay with the following features: • Require NIP-42 authentication for posting. • Only allow posting notes where pubkey matches NIP-42 auth (no cross-posting). • Restrict event kinds to a particular subset. • Enforce NIP-13 proof-of-work threshold.
