ive learned that when because of schedules, my interactions with my wife are brief for days at a time, choosing what i talk about is very important. focusing on being positive and encouraging for those few minutes, leaves her feeling encouraged and loved in a way that accumulates over the days. So that when we do have time together, the vibe is already happy and trusting.
