Israel recently sent missiles into Russia’s airbase in Syria. Now it looks like Putin is ready to respond, warning Russians to leave Israel. I’d like to look at things objectively, but whoever is running the United States right now has done a bad job of de-escalating this situation. The United States has been funding these wars and now we are on the brink of a very scary situation. This is bullish for Bitcoin and gold. In a time of war, when people are forced to flee, you can’t take your home with you…you can take your local currency with you, but will it have any value where you are going? Bitcoin and gold are uncorrelated/portable assets that have global acceptability. I will note, Bitcoin is much more portable.
