Nostur has a post delay. Where you review and can edit or delete for seconds after you hit post. 😂 Nostr Graveyard can purge your inactives. While not perfect that’s a tool I’ve used in the past and sometimes it purges some actives which I refollow. https://nostr-graveyard.vercel.app
