Imagine upgrading science literature browsers like sci-hub with discussions, questions, highlights surrounding e.g. breast cancer research. Imagine filtering seen and unseen literature via cancer researcher web of trust. Today’s application of social media is generic, and I believe significantly less tailored to researchers and less impactful than what a nostr powered version could be.
