well, keep an eye out for allergenic stuff in your food ingredients, it is possible that without that you don't get the problem bronchoconstriction is hellish when it goes chronic like it did to me in 2014 in prison... i discovered caffeine stopped it but that effect got weaker, salbutamol worked but didn't work well, there was an antihistamine called Chlorpyramine which is not available in the West, old first gen that actually worked, allowed me to breathe normally and occasionally eat bread but once i figured out it was bread causing it, i just stopped that... once it started real bad it also extended to rice (especially brown) and cucumber and melons and tomato and onions... once it settles back down after elimination i can tolerate those other things though so, my advice is try an elimination process for common food allergens, it may be that it has made you sensitive to them
