Ah, I could use some help! I’ve been experimenting with espresso. Using a manual press (flair). Grind seems good - as fine as I can get it to still allow a good pull and not choke the press. Beans are also roasted by me - around full city or full city+. Doing 17g -> 44g, about 1:2.5. Flavor for days. But it’s quite bitter. How do I lower the bitterness? Even with milk, it comes through.
