I started checking out the selected accounts via xcancel.com (Nitter). You have to search for what you want to see (accounts or keywords). There's no feed & no algo. It has its tradeoffs, but limits the time sink and doomporn pretty well. I would enjoy if we create some DVM/Bot LLM which can scrape once per day your pre-selected accounts and pops out a newsletter for you in Nostr. I know there's been backlash about people/bots using nostr for copy pasting their Twitter posts; (impersonal; "not earnest posting"; without the willingness to engage in conversation). But I think if it clearly comes from a bot or a 3rd party, it can serve a good function for the nostr community to brainstorm on the thoughts over here.
