Just heard the news that Gensler could step down and RHR talking about how he hasn’t been bad for Bitcoin. To me, he seemed to be bad for Bitcoin. He went from stonewalling Bitcoin to controlling it through regulation. Remember how long it took to approve the ETF? Then the Ethereum ETF was quickly approved. No enforcement action on Tether…most likely because they buy a ton of treasuries. But we will get enforcement on mixers. This guy seems to view #Bitcoin as a threat and has double standards.
