it's literally impossible on even the softest membrane keyboard, even if your OS input system actually tolerates the up/down signals coming from a keyboard that fast the fastest typists as i knew of it back in the day were topping out around 120 i can believe that at a burst sometimes people can do 140 but not in general and definitely not if you include typing numbers
