yeah, i am intimately familiar with how tarded all of the full node databases actually are it would be easy to fix btcd, it is mainly just a driver and some shims around the launch/config system to fix the main clangers they have there for the last 6 years without any actual fucking concern about how blatantly retarded these bugs are i probably are going to put that on my list of things to do in my spare time... a wrapper that fixes the insanity of the most trivial parts of btcd, improves its database, adds the option to use fast bitcoin core signatures, i have all the parts to make this happen, or the understanding how to do it just need a little time to think up how to make the glue for it i have the skills, but none of the interest in courting the funders who would pay me to do this as a proper full time gig, i am pissed that i even have to point these things out this is why i have changed my display name to reflect the fact that people ignore me, even though i'm right, a lot of the time and they probably will keep on disregarding me and i'm gonna be stuck working for shitcoins, while fixing nostr and bitcoin and lightning stuff in my spare time because i seem to be some kind of centralised network publicity kryptonite fuck them, what matters is tha people!
