So sore! My hamstrings and back were the only two muscles that weren’t already sore. Now everything is so fatigued. I could barely walk up the hill. When you work out everyday you have to find novel ways and exercises. That is what I like so much about this challenge. I have added so many new exercises this month that have really paid off. I think the biggest benefit has been my funky left shoulder, it is really improving. I’m starting to believe I might be able to get it back to 100.
