Misaligned incentives. Primary care doctor's have been trained by a system that has been co-opted by big pharma and the insurance industry. As a result, doctors are rewarded (kickbacks) by prescriptions they write, not healing success rates. They are simply drug dealers at this point. Sadly hippocratic oath means nothing now. #optout
