I would say I’m a spiritual person A wise woman once said to me; ‘When you not in alignment with who you are meant to be, it creates friction. The friction may be minuscule, but try to pay attention to see if your energy is out of sorts’ ‘if your energy is out of sorts’, speaks to moments when you don’t quite feel like you Perhaps it’s anger, perhaps exhaustion, perhaps cynicism coming to the surface When you look at things in the form of inputs and outputs and alignment of energy, it can sound complex, but can actually reduce complexity It can subtly inform you if you’re spending your days here aligned with who you are meant to be What outputs/energy are you receiving from your inputs? Is this energy vibrating smoothly, or is there friction/ disruption? Quite spiritual, I know.
