Yeah.. no great way out of this mess … of framing housing as an investment. Gee, I sureeee wish there was a solution. Something that provided true ownership not at the whim of governments 🤨 something that would allow you to not HAVE to invest in real estate because it was so much better 🧐 If only such thing existed.
