I can agree that Japanese curry is a derivative of traditional curries. I grew up in the US and never had any curries until I moved to Japan so they are all delicious for me. We just got an Indian curry restaurant in my city which is my favorite. My wife also makes a good keema curry. Personally I am torn between Thai green curry and Indian curry, they are both so good. 🤤
