My clearnet/tor bridge #Bitcoin node allows any number of incoming peers. Currently have over 500 inbound connections. For the last 5 years, every 5 minutes, I’ve been saving the output of bitcoin-cli peerinfo. One of these days I’ll do something with it, but not today. Would love to make some kind of interactive data visualization. But the first step is to aggregate, anonymize and compress the data into a usable and privacy-preserving form.
