there is so much bullshit around diet and metabolism
my ironic situation is that i get fat on milk but if i eat potatoes i get lean
wat is the differeaunce
potassium is one part of it, there is many other parts to it but the point is that we all have metabolic patterns related to our ancestry and this can mean that you get fat eating rice but git strong eating potatoes, or you can drink gallons of beer but get fat eating bread
of course there is many other scenarios to this but i will just say that fuck the carnivore/paleo people, they don't really understand metabolism
yes i can do well on fats too but my literal great great opa in papua was raised on palm starch and yams and probably that's why i do fine on taters
i think there is a lot more going on in the metabolic health situation than any one fad bullshit will tell you
