But over time through a ton of self care therapeutic methods I’m starting to see extreme changes in my tolerance and emotional reaction to bullshit. I was always quick to scream, curse, and many times throw fist at wise asses and oppressive people. It started with breathing techniques in traffic incidents and has come all the way to my interactions on construction jobsites which in some cases are just like the prison yard I was once upon a time incarcerated in. Thank god for Bitcoin and NOSTR because I feel like they have played a major roll in this journey these last 4 years. Along with all of you I interact with on here. ✌️ & ❤️
