There are several relays that are only available to people who pay with Monero Then these relays are hard coded into forked clients for the Monero community This is the way nostr will achieve "safe spaces" while still remaining open - Monero folks don't want to have bitcoiners like me shitting all over them whenever they use nostr I think we need more of this type of development happening
