The funny thing about teaching your kids Latin is that you first have to LEARN Latin. \n\nLatin is a lot like #bitcoin because it requires proof of work. You trade time for knowledge. There are no shortcuts.\n\nAside from it being the genesis of the Romance languages (and a huge portion of English), there are lots of reasons to learn Latin. However, my top reasons are that it requires improving your pattern recognition, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
