Depends. Forwards or backwards? I went on Colossus at 6 Flags Magic Mountain backwards and forwards. Completely different experiences. Forwards, at the front you have that extended moment of anticipation when you are looking down down, but it is still clicking behind you. If you are scared of heights (I am not) , then I would guess this would be the scariest part. I like being whipped around at the trailing edge of the tram on old wooden rickety feeling coasters. I also like being in the very front on a sudden launch, very smooth coaster (incredicoaster @Disney, Montezuma's Revenge @Knotts)
