After attending a conference of major pharma yesterday with their sponsored physicians and dinner, there are things I no longer fully understand anymore. When I was a resident years ago, the LDL cholesterol targets were <100-120, The blood pressure goal was <140/80 in dyslipidemias and hypertension. Today the targets are less than <70 and <125/85. I wonder if in a few years the goals will be to have zero LDL cholesterol and no blood pressure. The patient will be dead but will be in good health for sure! Maybe I'm getting old, but we need to read the scientific evidence between the lines and have different standards of objectives as the medical community. Take care of the patient's life, encourage them to exercise, to a healthy diet. Take care their pockets and wallets from big pharma. All in an unfavorable environment for us. Medications will be used when necessary because I am far from being a naturist. But for me someone who comes after 3 months of effort, exercise, diet and a minimum of medication, managing to control blood pressure that was not controlled before and now at 130/80 and LDL cholesterol through the roof before and now at 110 deserves a party at the clinic and then we will see more inflexible objectives later. We can't be so square as to not understand that. #DocChain 🏥👨🏻‍⚕️💜
If Knut or anyone else was thrown in a cell for the rest of their life with no hope to escape that living hell, they’d literally suck orange man dick like a creamsicle if it bought them freedom.
I share your skepticism I also think it's healthy for Ross to say thank you for a full pardon

Ross is a public figure. His words carry weight. He knows that. An action can be emotionally pure and politically stupid at the same time. Knut points out the political side, and he's right. You point out the emotional part and you're right too. However, I find the political part more important tbh. Being overly emotional usually makes you a pawn and a scapegoat rather quickly. It made him one before. He should have learned the lesson.
He probably did enough already, I hope he can have a peaceful and free life from here out. It's on us to push freedom

Clearly that's not what I meant you cuck faggot
Yea I'm not trying to be edgy. I just felt that a more pissed off Ross would have drove the point of decentralization, unity and freedom better. Starting with "thanks Trump, BUT, fuck the state and here's why...."

I don't think u hate me and u can poke all u want what I'm calling out is latent hate at Trump that makes otherwise rational people like Knut lash out Ross just got out of a decade of prison, got a full pardon and it's been a couple months. Of course he's feeling grateful, let him enjoy that, no need to bash Ross on it, let him live

You’re right. Trump move to get bitcoiners vote. That’s all.
100%
Im just poking at you. That’s not hate. Relax 😄
let go of the hate, there's better things in life
Just run a mint for yourself for only your application!
Better get the residual statism out of your system. You’ll feel better. 😉
🤙
Europeans gonna Europe. The strong men died in the 2 wars.
Thankfully we can return to this at a later stage once things have played out to determine how overly skeptical I was.
lol
No, it's not. It's an accurate description of what happened. Ross bending the knee to a member of the group that did this to him. That's pretty much Stockholm syndrome.
