Revelation started being fulfilled in November of 66 AD with the Great Tribulation (the Jewish-Roman War) until Jerusalem was destroyed for the Judeans (they're not Jews) being unfaithful, and Rome being used to destroy Jerusalem. This was the start of 1,900 years of judgment against Rome, where all the stage leads to.
